To ensure smooth operation, regularly clean (vacuum) within the bottom guide to keep them free from debris and dust. Additionally, periodically spray into the tracks with a dry silicone spray to aid the movement through the guides. Dirty mesh can be cleaned by using a brush or sponge and a mild detergent. Then, simply rinse off with clear water.

Simple. Just open and close the door fully for one or two times and the mesh will realign itself back into position.

Production times will take approximately one to two weeks depending on the size and type of door to be installed.  Installation time varies between three to four hours.

Yes.  All our retractable insect screens and magnetic screens come with a limited 3-year warranty (terms and conditions apply).  The original purchaser is warranted against material or workmanship defects. The warranty does not cover against damages due to misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear or exposure to natural elements.

Absolutely.  All you have to do is contact us and quote the code that is fixed to the product.  A new mesh can then be made to the exact original size.

For aluminium frames, we have three standard colours in natural anodize (NA), powder coating white and medium bronze (MB) as well as colour matching to any powder coating as required.

For fibre glass mesh, they are available in black or grey.
